Processed and shipped the next business day
We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of receiving and confirming your order. Typically, this means your order is packaged and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays) after your order and payment are received and confirmed. There may be delays if we have to investigate discrepancies during the payment process or any irregularities. To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the accuracy of the information you entered during our online payment process before submitting and finalizing your order.
The order must arrive by 12 noon in order to be shipped the same day. Delivery to the United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Bahamas. If you have any questions, please call us at: +1 941 226 9452.

L’Oro di Toscana llc offers shipping options for US Domestic Addresses only,
– FREE SHIPPING for Orders over $150.00 (pretax).
– UPS Shipping: Various Options.
– Local Pickup.
Any online order placed after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. We do not ship fresh products such as truffles on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays on Thursdays: if you place your order on Wednesday after 12:00 EST, we will process and ship your order on Monday via the delivery method you have selected. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses.
As defined delivery times may be subject to scenarios beyond our control such as order confirmation, adverse weather conditions and other courier delays, L ‘Oro di Toscana cannot guarantee that your package will arrive by the date and estimated delivery time.
To make sure we send you the freshest produce possible, we ship the perishable items (truffles) in an insulated Styrofoam box with ice packs. Ice boxes and packs are specifically designed to keep all perishable items safe and fresh.
It is highly recommended that someone be available to take delivery, sign for the package, and immediately refrigerate perishable items upon arrival.

Payment
Clients may choose to pay using their Credit/Debit Cards, Google/Apple Pay, Bank Transfer. No data will be accessible to L’Oro di Toscana llc. When an order is cancelled or rejected by L’Oro di Toscana llc, the amount will be refunded on the client’s card/account. L’Oro di Toscana shall not to be held responsible for any delay in the processing of refunds.

Payment by bank transfer in advance
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be handled only after receiving the reply of the bank credit. The cause of the bank transfer is reported as the order number. The availability of the products is to be evaluated only from the moment of the accreditation.
Return and Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 24 hours of receiving your order for a full refund of the product after our inspection. Credit will not be allowed if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Returned items MUST be in perfect condition and in the intact and original packaging. Any perishable items such as truffles must be returned in a frozen ice pack and foam box via next day shipping. If the perishable items are not shipped as indicated, the credit will not be approved.
Any complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment indicating a legitimate reason and a return authorization will be issued, send an email to customers@loroditoscana.com. Once your claim is received and accepted, we will ship the new items again or issue a credit only after the goods have been received from our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization or images that provide the problems.
With our 24 hour “No Problem” policy, we will gladly refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. We ship all orders containing perishable items via UPS the next day only. Please provide a photo or appropriate documentation of the affected items to customers@loroditoscana.com.
Once a complaint has been examined and accepted by L’Oro di Toscana, Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
